The care my daughter received at this facility was phenomenal. I wish every doctors office we visit would be like the staff here. The person who performed all the test for my daughter was this wonderful girl named Jasmine, she told us she was a resident at this facility, nonetheless she was awesome. Took her time with my daughter and was very kind. We also got to meet one of the Drs and he was also great. All around amazing kind staff, starting from the ladies at the front desk to staff in the back. I gave this place 5 stars because of how amazing they were. 😊

I was seen for my ears, even though I still didn't get to know what's still wrong with my ears, I'm glad to know I'm not going deaf. And the nurse, Jasmine was very helpful and she has a beautiful and bright spirit. She was very professional and made it comfortable for me as she ran the tests. I would definitely come back esp with the environment being so calm and nice.(>.<)

My brother and I and even my children have bought my dad so many hearing aids. And they failed. When my brother told me my dad had an appointment with the VA because of you I knew I had to thank you. Thank you so much for your kindness, for your patience and for your compassion and concern. We appreciate it so much. Now me and my kids can call my dad and talk to him on the phone. My brother said my dad smiled all the way home from the VA. That means more to us than anything. We want our dad to live a comfortable and happy life.
