Optimum Audiology is deeply committed to caring for and giving back to the communities we serve. Locally, we support schools, small businesses, and Veteran organizations, and we also participate in humanitarian missions both locally and abroad. Our team is passionate about providing the gift of hearing to those in need.
Optimum Audiology is a proud member of Entheos, an audiology cooperative made up of private-practice audiologists who share a heart for service. Through Entheos’ nonprofit initiative, Hearing the Call, audiologists work together to provide hearing care and hearing aids to individuals who otherwise could not afford them. Dr. Mendoza has served on Hearing the Call trips in locations such as Mexico, Brazil, and Turks & Caicos, as well as local mission efforts in Colorado and Arizona, bringing accessible hearing care directly to underserved communities. This experience strengthened her relationships with fellow Entheos audiologists and inspired collaboration with college students, reinforcing the vision of bringing in-house humanitarian missions to the High Desert and surrounding areas.
Dr. Mendoza has also participated in a hearing humanitarian mission in Kenya, Africa, in partnership with Starkey Hearing. This experience was both eye-opening and deeply meaningful, allowing her to help restore hearing while connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
In addition to these efforts, Optimum Audiology proudly serves our local community through The Gift of Hearing program in partnership with ReSound. Through this initiative, deserving individuals in our community are nominated to receive hearing care and hearing aids, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent people from reconnecting with the sounds and conversations that matter most.
At Optimum Audiology, Dr. Kristi Mendoza and our team believe hearing matters—and we are here to help.
