Yes, walk-in questions are welcome during office hours. Hearing tests and fittings are scheduled ahead, though, because they take 45 to 90 minutes and need the sound booth and fitting equipment ready for you. Yes. We repair most major brands at our Jess Ranch office, including hearing aids you bought from another clinic, a big-box store, or online. Minor repairs and cleanings are often done the same day. If a device needs to go back to the manufacturer, that usually takes one to two weeks, and loaner hearing aids are available in some cases while you wait. We always give you an estimate before any work begins. If driving in is hard, ask about curbside drop-off or mail-in repairs.
